1. Manuscripts should be generated using Microsoft Word, double-spaced, no longer than 30 pages in length (counting References and all Tables and Figures), Times New Roman, 12 pt. font, 1 inch margins, and the names of authors not included on the actual manuscript. Authors should follow APA 7th Edition style manual.
Limit the use of tables, figures, and appendices. In all cases, tables should be formatted with Word Insert Table, and placed in the text at the appropriate location. Manuscripts using tables created by tabs and spaces will be returned to the author. Do not separate tables and figures from the text and do not send them as separate files. Tables MUST NOT have merged or split cells. 2. An abstract of 100-150 words should be included. The full postal address of the author who will check proofs and receive correspondence and offprints should also be included. All pages should be numbered. Footnotes to the text should be avoided wherever this is reasonably possible. 3. A separate Microsoft Word document should be prepared (and added as an attachment) including all authors' names and professional affiliations, with all authors' contact information. |
The three documents described above must be submitted through the Taylor and Francis Group submission system, a fully automated web-based manuscript management and tracking service that speeds up the review process, improves the quality of reviews, and enhances the experience of authors, reviewers, and editors while eliminating the need for administrative and other support staff.
To submit to M&T through the Taylor and Francis Group system, CLICK HERE.
Upon receipt, manuscripts will first be screened by the Editor, and manuscripts potentially appropriate for the M & T Journal will then be sent to two-three external reviewers. The lead author will receive an email notification if the manuscript is sent out for review; if not, the manuscript will not be returned to the lead author. Blind reviews will be shared with the lead author, along with one of three notifications from the Editor: (1) that the manuscript has been accepted pending minor revisions (this happens only rarely), (2) that revisions are requested prior to a resubmission and further consideration of the manuscript, or (3) that the manuscript is rejected.
