The goal of the ICPEL Mentoring Mosaic program is to help aspiring and new faculty who are members of ICPEL navigate the higher education environment in regard to hiring, promotion and tenure. It is just one example of the supportive professional environment you will experience as a member of ICPEL. The Executive Board officially approved the Mentoring Mosaic program as an ongoing sponsored ICPEL project in June, 2013. 

Anyone who is interested in either having a mentor or being a mentor is also encouraged to attend the overview session at the annual summer conference.
